We process our food with love and care and not with ingredients that cause harm to our customer’s well-being. Even before we rolled out the business, we were determined to stay away from hazardous packaging materials and frozen food. Which is why Tsubaki is known for its flavorful food.

Many restaurants in New Jersey serve Japanese food just the way we do. But, we succeed in being unique because of our approach to food. We do not look at it as a means to earn profits or make a livelihood, but as a medium to create and foster relationships that even money cannot effectively deliver.
